DFPG 2023 Annual Rep Conference

DFPG's 2023 Annual Rep Conference will be held at the Stein Eriksen in Park City, Utah. DFPG will cover your hotel accommodations for the nights of August 28th, 29th , and 30th  (three (3) total nights). The venue's standard check-out will occur at 11 AM on Thursday, August 31st.

In order to participate in all the scheduled events, please plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 12:00 PM on Monday, August 28th and depart no earlier than 9:00 PM on Wednesday, August 30th.

Accommodations beyond the conference dates are subject to availability.

Accommodations will be a contracted nightly rate of $359 plus any taxes and resort fees.

Important note: Extension requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Do not book your travel until hotel accommodations are confirmed by DFPG. Per the conference contract, attendees may have the option of extending their stay three (3) days in advance, or three (3) days following, the conference dates. Attendees who extend their stay will pay a contracted nightly rate of $359 plus any taxes and resort fees.

Each attendee is responsible for booking their own airfare. DFPG will reimburse the cost of each registered representative’s standard round-trip airfare so long as such airfare is booked by May 26th. DFPG will not reimburse airfare for guests or family. Please note that if you book a first-class ticket, DFPG will reimburse you for the cost of a standard ticket for the same itinerary. We encourage you to book your airfare as soon as possible. Please send your airfare receipt to DFPG's events team (events@dfpg.com) once booked. You will be responsible for your own ground transportation to and from the hotel.

Each attendee is responsible for purchasing their own airfare.
